The Tennis Podcast will play in front of a live, London audience for the very first time on Wednesday 19th June, just a few days before the start of Wimbledon.

Winner of Best Sport Podcast at the British Podcast Awards last year, The Tennis Podcast is an independent production that started out as a conversation between Catherine Whitaker and David Law in his parents’ dining room in 2012. David said Serena Williams would win the French Open that week, she lost in the first round, and so began a theme of terrible predictions that would continue ever since. Twelve years, a third voice (Matt Roberts), and more than 1,250 episodes later, The Tennis Podcast is now the most-listened-to show in the sport, with tennis legend Billie Jean King and composer, playwright and tennis fan Lin-Manuel Miranda downloading every edition, and the New York Times calling it ‘the conscience of the sport’ in a recent profile.

Whether purring over performances of the biggest stars, laughing at the absurdities of tennis, or worrying about its future, The Tennis Podcast is never without an opinion about the sport it is devoted to.

Those opinions, debates and predictions will come thick and fast at The Tennis Podcast Live in the run-up to Wimbledon, so do not miss your chance to be there!
